The Print Club of Rochester

Tarrant Clements

I first started making prints as a small child and have worked in most printmaking mediums, exhibiting locally and nationally for many years. I received a BA degree from Grinnell College, Grinnell, Iowa in 1966 and in 1968 an MFA degree in Ceramic Sculpture from the School for American Craftsmen at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY. I taught Art in the Rochester City School District from 1968 -1972, and Fine Art at Nazareth College, Rochester, NY from 1972-1976. Since 1977, I have been working full time at painting, sculpture, and printmaking. Always learning new skills, I am continuing to live a full life of making art every day. My work is included in many public, and private collections.
